- Barramundi or Crocodile -
From crocodile to barramundi, the Northern shores of Australia have something unique to offer everyone.
Whilst crocodile is not common in Australia you can find it on some menus, especially if you head into the outback. A trip to Kakadu National Park would not be complete without sampling crocodile and buffalo sausages. Complete opposites, one of these meats is sure to get your taste buds tingling.
Back on the shores of Darwin why not tuck into a delightful dish of barramundi wings. This Asian sea bass is delightful, try it accompanied by light Thai spices and some sticky rice.
Whether you like food from sea or land, you are sure to find something moreish in Northern Australia.
Be sure to finish off with some ice cream, be it from the dessert menu, or from a late night ice cream parlour, as you wander along the esplanade, it's the perfect way to end the day.
